Q: What if I don't have an image?
A: Fence Media has a library of images you can choose from or we can create a custom image to fit your needs.
Q: How do I know what size slats I need?
A: Measure the diamond of your chainlink fence diagonally or if you currently have slats just measure the current slat for your size.
Q: What if I want to install the printed slats on my gate and my fence?
A: Be sure to let us know because the height of your gate(s) are smaller than your fence. Our manufacturing must allow for the height adjustment when cutting your slats. For example a 6ft high fence has a gate that is typically 5'-6" high.
Q: What tools do I need to install the printed slats?
A: All you need are fence pliers to straighten any bent chainlink and industrial staples to secure the slats in place. All slats are pre-numbered at the bottom, so just follow the numbers. Important: Start slat #1 from left to right, just like you read. (if you start to your right, the image will be backwards)
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: A proof is sent to you before we print. Once you approve your proof, your order will typically take 2-3 days to print. Shipping time varies by location. (Lead time for larger orders vary)
Q: Can I match my Logo colors?
A: Yes. Send us your PMS colors and we can print the same colors used as in your original version.
